CX & Short Track Racing Tuesday Nite Series
If you’re like me, and I know you are, the only bike you’ll take off-road with 622mm wheels is a CX bike. And now you can. Soon.
I posted up a while back about Austin’s Lone Star Cyclocross Series, which even with slightly lower gas prices, none of us will likely attend.
Rumor has it, also that Gary (the one on the left) will be hosting a CX series similar to his current TT series.

Alright Dallas and Brave Fort Worth Folk get your cross bikes ready! Starting Nov. 4th We will have a weekly Tuesday night series. Hopefully 9 weeks, counting 6 of 8 races. The first week will not count for points (to get all the bugs out).
Location: Norbuck Park, caddy corner form Flag pole hill. Corner of NW HWY/ and Buckner Blvd.
Bring your Cross or mtn bike w/out bar ends. We will have 5 races starting out.
5:45- C Race (15min + 2 laps)
6:10- B Race (25min +2 laps)
6:50- A Short Track Race (15min + 2 laps)
7:10- B/C Short Track Race (15min + 2 laps)
7:30- A Race (35min + 2 laps)
8:15- Awards & Take Down
To make it worth travel time we will allow C racers to do B race and B racers to do A race until lapped. Also, A racers will be allowed to ride at back of B race. The goal is everyone will have the opportunity to race for at least an hour.
We will have hot coffee, prizes, primes, and payout! Entry: is $10.00 for cross and $5.00 for Short Track.
